This weekend while driving on some unknown dirt road while turkey hunting my dad and I saw something we've never seen before. Wish it was a turkey, however due to weather conditions, that wasnt the case. It was a 4 inch wide x 6inch long bear foot print. It wouldnt been a problem except the truck was down the road, the guns we were carrying were a .22 revolver, 25 Acp and a 9mm Luger. Upon discovery of such track, we walked back to the truck and left the area. and one big questions remains above all. How do I convince my wife that I need a new rifle, say 45-70 so I can go back and find the bear that made that track? And by the way we saw no turkeys the whole time we were out.
