for the Physically Challenged at Sunrise Hunting Club
We would like to hold a three day BLACK POWDER RIFLE hunt for 8 hunters on November 12,13,and 14 (DURING THE RUT). Guests will arrive on Sunday November the 11 around 3 p.m. We are planning a big cook out and have safety meeting along with group photos and zeroing rifles. Hunters 16 yrs+ will be considered. Hunters can bring a non-hunting guest to assist if needed. We will have stands available (ground and some elevated with wheel chair ramps). Property is accessible for a handicap van.
Sunrise Club encourages harvesting does, and buck size is not an issue. We do like to see the spikes and four pointers walk but if selected hunters want to take one it is not a problem. We are not able to furnish room and board for the hunters and guests at this time, but hotels are available at the hunter’s expense.
All guests will be responsible for obtaining all required licenses. We will retrieve and process all meat for the hunters. All participants will need to bring a cooler to take their harvest home with them. We have 32 ponds with a lot of nice fish in them so bring your tackle if you are drawn for this event.
