I received the attached information concerning the following hunt in West Virginia.
Thought you might want to send it out to physically challenged hunters in West Virginia, Ohio and Pennsylvania.

Notice to Deer Hunters:
A special deer management hunt will be held on Middle Island near St. Marys, WV, on Wednesday, Dec. 12, and Saturday, Dec. 15. The hunt is needed to control the number of deer on the island and improve wildlife habitat.
This special hunt will include the use of muzzleloaders (inlines, 209 primers, and scopes allowed) and archery.
Hunter selection and stand locations will be by lottery. All applications must be RECIEVED AT REFUGE HEADQUARTERS BY NOV. 9, 2007 to be considered.
• The hunt is limited to 24 muzzleloader hunters and three archery hunters each day.
• Only antlerless deer may be taken, with the exception of five hunters selected by drawing on the day of the hunt for a deer of either sex.
• Note: All deer taken during this hunt WILL count against the hunter’s annual deer season bag limit.
• All hunting will take place from elevated self-climbing stands provided by hunters with these exceptions:
- Three accessible stands are available for physically challenged hunters (Class Q license required.)
- Refuge ladder stands (three single and one double for adult and child) will be offered to muzzleload hunters without stands.
• In addition to Refuge hunt permit, hunters must possess appropriate WV state hunting license(s) and tags.
