Slim,
I am a retired university professor that comes from about everywhere, I have lived in Europe, the states, did my graduate work in Canada and came back to the states. I lived in a burbs called Westerville in central Ohio. I moved out here to BFE to have less regulation and buy some land at affordable prices.
I figure I will be able to sift the dirt in my backstop to get my lead back, and I am on a state route, so UPS/FEDEX/DHL can deliver to me without any problems. Town is 15 minutes either North or South of me.
I bought Dillons back in the 80s, my Rockchucker before the Dillons, been buying dies, molds, etc for a long time. I have been stocking up on brass forever, putting the brass in my empty 8 pound metal powder canisters, have lots of those at the moment, I have them filled with once fired. Then I have plastic buckets with my working brass.
I have two double walled stainless steel food warmers, that the elements are burned out as separate storage for powder and primers.
My loaded ammo has always been stored in the ever famous GI Ammo Cans.
Prices are going up, but I am curbing some of the expense from past purchases. So the time is right for you to start buying durable goods with lots of boxes of brass and bullets. Because the price will go up and up no matter what we do.
