Giving up Playboy was difficult for me. I had about ten years of them stacked and I thought hidden on shelves in the well house but my wife found them. Now they are ashes and with the smoke went thousands of dollars in collectors money. They were from the first year forward. wc

Yep, it caused quite a stir at the homestead. Not as bad as when she sold my old Chevy woodie sided station wagon------for $35 for scrap. If it had not been for the children "moma" would have been "taking a hike". Now those things are worth 25-30K. Just still makes me a bit nauseous--grrrr. Sorry to cry on your collective shoulders folks but makes me feel better-lol, wc

Every time I see one on TV I just have to get up and leave the room. Better not to stir up "spilt milk". 'Nuff 'bout sad things. I am working on a Mk5 Lincoln Cont. so I can "style and profile" on Sat. evenings-lol. Still have the '50 Chevy Panel in the shed. Have a new OD tranny for it and picked up a four bolt engine to rebuild for it. Putting on disc brakes but leaving the old "I" beam suspension. Going to be my "toolin" wagon-lol. May do a Rt 66 with it -- again. wc
