these are cast from an alloy almost as hard as linotype.i talked to tommy at leadheads.he wont state the alloy but does say they wont shatter like linotype.these are beautifully cast. all are sized and lubed.shipping $10. pmf41-270g 41 mag gc 1000/$110  ;pb50-440g,50 s&w 440 gr gc,500/$94;   pmk41-230,41 mag keith,1500/$75;  pm10/40-155s,40 cal swc500/$25. go to leadheads website for more info and pictures. tommy at leadheads said prices are going up. these prices are 75% of current prices https://secure25.securewebsession.co....com/order.htm

Who says Linotype 'shatters'?  I've never had an issue with projectiles of this type failing in this manner...at any velocity.  With that said, I usually prefer wheel-weight mixtures at moderate velocities.

And anymore it's easier to let someone else do the casting for me.  I'll check out the link.....thanks.

" talked to tommy at leadheads.he wont state the alloy but does say they wont shatter like linotype."  i didnt say lino shatters,i was just quoting.i personally wouldnt shoot lino anyway.i have some but i am saving it .i shoot lyman #2 made from wheel weights.i buy the plinkin stuff for the family and try to cast my huntin stuff.the way metal is getting harder to find i am buying bullets for the most part and saving mine for when it is too expensive to buy.

440 gr 50's are gone!!found out a supervisor at work has a smith and hates the price of factory stuff.he wants me to get him setup to load.gonna have a new handloader!!

still have the 10 mm and 41 cal bullets. will sell for half of leadheads current price plus shipping.41 cal 270 gr gc,1000/$88.50 ; 41 cal 230k 1500/$72.50;10 mm 155 gr 500/$24.00. can deal FTF in wichita area.
