Does anyone know where to get a handloader (like a lee classic) for 7.62x39? I thought Lee made one but not listed on their site...

You might try emailing Lee.

I needed some parts for my press a while back. They were not listed, so I emailed them. I got a quick response with the part numbers and prices so I could order them.

Worth a shot.

Have a good 'un, Guy

I don't see a Lee classic in 7.62x39 listed on Midway. If your email doesn't pan out you could always do a Lee hand press with a set of standard dies for about $50.
