Does any one have load data for the combination of TAC, 55 grain Hornady FMJBT, and Wolf magnum SR primers. I tried to serach but did not find similar combination. Thanks.

You can download Ramshot's load guide here.
http://www.ramshot.com/powders/loadguide/Ramshot%20Load%20Guide%20V4.3b.pdf
All your components there are very standard for 223, expect for that magnum SR primer. I assume you have that due to the shortages. You can use them but you'll need to back off more than usual to keep your load safe. All regular 223 load data is collected using standard SR primers.

WITH A STANDARD PRIMER, the data that I have shows 26.3 grains as max. with Tac and a 55 gr. bullet. I would suggest reducing that to 23 1/2grs. and working up, checking for pressures, to no more than 25.3grs.

Thanks swampshooter. Is the best way to check for pressure/speed is using a chronograph?

ar15fanboy, the chronograph is only one of the tools used to guesstimate pressures. I would suggest that you buy a good reloading manual that delves into the subject. Maybe somebody else on here can direct you to a web-site that covers it.

Thanks swampshooter. I do have a couple of manuals and understand the pressure signs showing up in the case. However, I thought there might be other tricks of the trade.
