hola amigo and welcome to the forum !

um define best plz ? the fastest ? the most accurate ? the lowest pressured with retained decent velocity ? H414 is one of my better suggestions , aa4350 is another one , lyman's 48th suggest Vv n-160 , but to be fair imr 3031 and 4064 are also good choices as would be hodgdon's h380 , most these powders are within the burning speeds that work and work well , one thing to consider is barrel length , a shorter barrel often benefits from a faster powder and a longer one from a slightly slower one

the first three are all good , for me 4350 has shown exceptional accuracy in many different calibers ( especially in overbore cartridges like the 220,243 etc ), for lighter bullets i would move up the list to 4064 or the 3031

I have been shooting a swift for quite a long while and have used a lot of different combinations. 4064 is one of the better powders in the swift and is the favourate of many. I used to use H-414/760 untill a few years ago and switched over to H-4831. It has performed the best for me in my current swift with 55 grain ballistic tips. I load 44 grains ( hogdon lists 46 as max with a 55 grain) this load is quite compressed as my swift has a pretty tight chamber so I can't comfortably get any more in the case. My velocity runs higher than what they list by about 100 fps. Accuracy is stellar and the load is very uniform with es and sd. The max load listed for IMR-4831 is 44 grains in the # 6 Nosler manual. Imr's version of 4831 is a bit faster burning than the H-4831. I have not really done any serious effort in loading 4350 in the swift but it might also be one to try. If it was me and did not want to have to buy numerous powders to find a good load I would start with the 4064 and then go from there.

Good luck in finding a good load.

In a pre-war Mod. 70 I once had H414 was the most accurate w/ 55 or 60 gr. bullets. Velocity unknown(no chrono @ the time)and I didn't care. It was a 220 Swift after all....
Cheers
