This is the Max load in the Sierra manual and it works great.

100.1 Grains of H1000 behind a Lapua 250 Scenar match bullet over a Federal 215 primer. Out of my AR-30 they travelled at 3030 f.p.s. and the best group was around 1" @ 400 yards.
