Hull- fiocchi 3 1/2" (brown) BPI doesn't carry these any more but a remington two peice with plastic base wad works too.

Powder- 34.5gr. blue dot

Primer- winchester 209

Wad- BPI multi-metal 3.5 (look lower to find the unslit ones)

Shot- 1 1/2 ounces steel shot

 

Velocity- 1300fps (about 1350 with wad slick)

Pressure- 13700psi
