Nova, Pardon my ignorance but what is Turkey Ranger? I'm assumming it's a reloading manual for heavy loads. Who published it etc? Maybe if we jog someones memory you'll get a hit. RD

Turkey Ranger is a wad and book by ballistic products. The wad is a 1 peice grey wad based on the ranger wad for steel, but this one is for magnum 2 3/4" and 3" lead loads. I want the book, It is about 10 pages the cover is paper like the rest of the book. It costs $4 but with $14 shipping it isn't worth the 1 load I want out of it.

I saw those wads in the BPI catalog, I may order the book along with some other manuals they offer.

But I think those wads are particular to BPI. I would share a load with you if I had the information, but I don't have the manual and I have already gotten some store bought shells for turkeys.

You could email Joe at BPI and see if he will send you load data for one combination. He has been good to me.

You're just down the road from Corcoran - half hour, maybe. Daggone if I'd pay shipping if I was that close.
