empty they take alot of abuse ...full...is more fun !  altho one can screw a fishing line on with the cap and hang a string of empty ones !

I've tried printing out targets and I believe that I can buy targets cheaper than ink and paper.

I buy cheap printer paper at Wallworld and being a bit of a computer geek, I reload my own ink cartridges for a lot less than buying new ones.
I find the big advantage is there are such a variety of "fun" targets that can be printed. The site I listed has a pizza target and a bunch of others. They are a hit with the younger shooters as it peeks their interest better than a plain white paper.
Granted not as much fun for them as things that move....LOL.
