. I forgot to mention that my Italian grandmother also mixed the ground jack with ground pork and made meatballs for the spaghetti.. You haven't lived until you found a #6 shot in your meatball..... Needless to say, my Italian grandparents came from an area in Italy that was so poor the people couldn't even pay attention!!
