Is Idaho one of the states that require a guide when an out of state hunter wants to hunt wilderness areas? I think Wyoming might be one but I'm not sure about ID.

That always griped me just a bit as when I was in the Air Fore, I ended up in just about all their survival schools. Some were easy and fun and others pure hell.
