Friday I tested some .41 Magnum loads using my Ruger New Model Blackhawk with 6 1/2" barrel. The loads consisted of the following:
1. New Remington .41 Magnum brass, CCI large pistol standard primers, 19.2 grains of Alliant 2400 powder, and 210 Hornady XTP HP bullets. Chrono showed an average of 1413 fps. Accuracy looked pretty good. Definitely some recoil with these.
2. New Remington .41 Magnum brass, CCI large pistol standard primers, 18.4 grains of Alliant 2400 powder, 215 cast LSWC bullets. Chrono showed an average of 1403 fps. Accurate.
The loads showed no pressure signs that I could see. A buddy who was with me and is an experienced reloader also thought everything looked good. Any opinions as to whether these loads are too hot, or are safe? Thanks as always.

Disclaimer, I don't load for the .41 currently, but have played a bit with a friend's.
Your loads look top end for my references, but if ejection is normal, and no presssure signs in your revolver, they should be good to go. I wouldn't use them in another gun without working up, but they should be ok in yours.

In a revolver, normally the first sign of high pressure is resistance to extraction. If your cases extracted with little or no resistance I would say you're O.K.
