Hi, just to say hello.

Found your site from a link in another forum.

I am a target shooter, more keen than good  .  Until recently, I have been concentrating on .223 Remington, but have just got a Remmy 700 in .308 Winchester, so will be starting load development for that this month.

Regards
Gareth

Welcome GarethM, For load development you will find a wealth of information for both 223 and 308. If you have any questions please ask and some one will get back to you soon.

Rod

Was hoping you wouldn't ask, had so many browser windows open ;)  It was either 6mmbr or benchrest central, can't remember which.

Thanks to all of you for your kind welcome, I appreciate it.

I have been shooting for years, but for fun, not really seriously.  This last year, I have started to take my shooting more seriously.  Unfortunately I only get about 3 hours a month shooting time (so not a lot for testing/practice etc ).

I look forward the point where I can contribute knowledgeably to the forum.

Gareth

Gareth, glad to have you aboard. I have just started loading for a Rem 700 in .308. I haven't gotten any actual loading done yet, basically gettin the bench set up and buying the tools I need.

Have fun and shoot straight.

Welcome Gareth, taking my 700 for a stroll Sat. to blow the dust out of the barrel. If you are near Fayetteville shoot me an E and we can go play. 1-2-300 and 600 this time and next Sat. 6-8-and 1K yds. Should be fun. No competition but only for "fam" fire. But you know how that will go. Later and glad you dropped in. Don't be a stranger-- we have way to many strange folks here already-- lol, wc

Taking mine for a stroll on Sunday.  This is the 1st real go with it (have only had 50 rounds of Final Finish through it).

Will try a ladder test on Sierra 155 SMKs with vit N140 (and N540 time permitting).

Gareth

Dang it, did not get to go play. Just secured an 800 yd "sandbox" to play in just 15 miles from home and completely private-yahoo. Will run it by him and see if he is OK with a group shoot sometime. wc
