Wolf Primers in Handloading Mag this month has an add and phone number to call for locations to purchase. I know Wolf ammo goes "bang" when chambered - but does anyone have any experience with these primers?

KY I have a few thousand wolf primers and have not had any problems yet....I have used small rifle , small rifle magnum , large rifle , large rifle magnum , large pistol , small pistol all without a problem....I just got down to them in my stock for shotshell and loaded some last weekend , but they are the only ones I have not fired yet. Bought a boatload of them a while back blindly without trying them and all is well so far.

Load 1000 large pistol a month or so ago in my IDPA wadcutter .45acp ammo, am shooting thru them, about 300 down, and no problems at all.
Word I found on the web before I bought is that they may be about as hard, cup-wise, as the Winchesters, which may well give striker-pistols like Glocks some fits. A friend of mine shooting IDPA years ago tried WLP's (winchesters), got several no-fires first night, while I took his light-hit rounds next door (2 area range), and fired them for him in my 1911. Bought the rest of that brick from him,a nd he went back to whatever he had been using, with no troubles.
If the Wolfs are truly similar, I would expect similar results.
If anything, I did have, getting that 1000 loaded, slightly more trouble with them getting c0ckeyed in my Lee Loadmaster's auto-primer and getting seated in the brass sideways.
I get one once in a while anyhow, seemed to be more Wolfs do it than Winchesters, but I haven't been counting/tracking it, and it could have been some build-up in the feeder.
