If you are experiencing login problems. Here is the fix.
In older versions of Internet Explorer, go to the tools menu on your browser. Click on options/internet options, same thing. Then click on privacy tab. Now you should see options to clear cookies and delete temporary internet files. Do this, then restart your system and try logging in again.
To delete all browsing history- In Internet Explorer 7, click the Tools button, and then click Delete Browsing History.
- Click Delete all, and then click Yes.
To delete a specific category of browsing history- In Internet Explorer, click the Tools button, and then click Delete Browsing History.
- Click the Delete button next to the category of information you want to delete, click Yes, and then click Close.
In Firefox 2
Go to tools, options, privicy, private data, Click settings to make sure cookies is is selected, then click clear now.
