midway's got your dies :

i don't know a single person who owns or loads for the little .25 .
my hornady manual's got some data for their 35 & 50 gr. bullets. amazing looking at the max charges ... 1.2 - 1.7 grs. depending on the powder you choose to use.
they print red dot (1.1, 1.4) or 700x (1.0, 1.5) powder for their 35 gr. getting around 1000 fps.
hp-38 (1.0, 1.3) or win231 (1.2, 1.6) for their 50 gr. getting around 850 fps.
(starting load, max load). they develop in 10th grain increments which seems prudent considering the minute charges. good luck to ya. klallen

Smallest I load for is the .32 ACP, and I don't know anyone personally who loads the .25. Someone must, because almost everyone produces die sets for the little guy. Lyman even has a .251 mold, I think, if you're leaning towards cast bullets.

I have been tossing my .25 ACP brass (or leaving them on the floor at the indoor range, or shooting CCI Blazer). Don't shoot that little Bauer often enough to justify the expense of buying the dies and bullets. I'll save the brass next time, in case someone here wants them for reloading.

Yeah, not many posts on the .25 auto here.
But I reloaded the .25 as one of the last reloading things I did before getting out of shooting for...........~10+years!
Actually, it turned out to be a very nice experience. Bought two cheap Raven .25 auto pistols. Started working up a load which was quite weak, causing some jams in both guns. At first, I remembered the bad press about all the bad things about .25 autos & thought they were true.
However, I did note how enemic were the shell ejections from the Ravens. So I continued to raise the powder changes in my load development. At maximum loads, the jams became decidedly fewer, ejections became stronger....AND the Ravens became accurate. I decided to INCREASE powder loads. The little Ravens began really performing, becoming the most accurate handguns I have ever owned, except for my scoped Thompson Contender. The sights were dead on....WITH BOTH RAVENS. I would set up used .22 caliber cases & could pick them off often from handheld distances of 5 to 7 yards. My confidence was high that I could place head shots easily with Raven, even at quite a distance. The .25 auto cases themselves were ejecting very briskly from the Raven with 100% functioning.
The .25 auto is often compared unfavorably to the .22 rimfire for its power. But my Ravens was definitely more powerful than any .22 in a short barrel. My load was above maximum recommended, but both Ravens adored the powerful loads.

I only met one person who reloaded .25 ACP. He was an older gentleman who had reloaded for a long time.
He said it was fun and a great experimental experience. He said just getting the silly thing to work was - a challenge.

I have reloaded 25 ACP many times for many people. There are the reloading dies, the hardest thing to find is a bullet molds. RCBS lists them, but they seem to be always out of stock at most places. I have a set I bought many years ago. Haven't had any calls for 25 ammo out here in BFE, most of the ladies carry 9mm and larger.
My brother rebuilds or refinishs lots of 25 ACPs, mostly Colts and some Eurpoean made ones, that is how I got into reloading this caliber.

i picked up some rcbs dies about 20 years ago to reload the 25acp. i played around with some loads and found one load that work well in my old jet fire. it was more of a challenge than anything else.

I've reloaded for the 25 quite a bit too, but it was long ago. I cast the bullets for it, and loaded them, mostly for myself and one friend who also had one.
I shot a lot of grouse with those lead bullets...

What do you all use your 25 ACP pistols for?
Just Wondering,
