Hey guys,
I just wanted to give everyone the heads up on Chase banks leisure points program (and no I do not work for Chase). They have a rewards program where you take your debit card and run your purchases as credit instead of debit you get points for every dollar you spend. Which it comes out of your account the same as if you ran it as debit. I think there are two rewards programs. One is free but I know your points expire and do not roll over the next year, and the other cost like 25 bucks a year and your points never expire. The program I am on gets 4 points for every dollar I spend when I run my debit card as credit. The cool part is they have a catalog online that you can use your points to buy gift cards to restaurants, target, block buster, etc. The big kicker here is that they have Cabela’s as one of the gift cards you can get. I just redeemed my points and got three $100 Cabela’s gift cards. The Cabelas cards are 40,000 leisure points which equals $10,000 I had to spend first, but I didn’t go out and try to spend extra money to earn points. The stuff in the catalog starts at only 2,000 points.

I don't use my checking bank cards very often, and some one has to pay for those points some where along in the financial stream of things in the banking universe. Plus your purchases via plastic make you traceable.
I am not being paranoid, I got rid of all credit cards a few years a go by paying them off and I buy most of my guns paid with cash and not from dealers.
I do have a Cabela Club card, and I have a whopping $9.60 worth of points on it.

Oh I dont use my card to buy guns or ammo. Just basic stuff like groceries or when I go out on the town. I am going to Cabelas tomorrow. Hopefully the have some reloading stuff in stock. I am planning on buying a new press and some components.
